Today PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk through its subsidiary is holding a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of One Residence in Batam, Indonesia. The ceremony was attended by The Board of Directors, representatives from CCBI, CIMB Niaga, BNI, UOB, and principals of agent properties.

The construction of One Residence will start in August 2017 with an estimated time of two-year completion.  Up to July 2017 since its sales start from March 2017, One Residence has already sold 60% of its 300 unit.
